This is a very broad question.  It depends on what aspect of religion you are referring to - belief systems, cultural/historical impacts, etc.  As far as religion and/or Catholicism in my own life goes, I don’t think much of them as I am an Atheist.  Though, I respect others who choose to practice whatever religion they may choose, as long as it doesn’t affect my choice to have no religion or belief system.
